In light of the nuclear disaster in Japan, I propose a major country like China, India, Brazil, or Russia start looking into this technology. The U.S. does not promote sustainable energy because the oil companies own the government and this would put them out of business. Other energy alternatives need to be looked at and tested by forward thinking and developing countries that want to ensure they can survive another 100 years without turnining the world into a global radiated quagmire.
