In a time of war I must admit, most Americans don't give a shit.

They eat and dine then like to whine basing their knowledge from
reading their New York Times.

Passing the days watching TV and the propaganda news, mainly scripted to keep them amused.

To get the humans to think beyond the hype and give them a reason to 
stand and fight.

The cowardly elites power and might. 

Would take an act of nature to shower the globe with malice and spite.

Together with enlightened humans to remove the mites.

For it won't be for this generation to fix the ills but, future generations to bleed and fulfill.

The infamous "unnamed official" in the Boston Marathon Narrative

How many times have we been told that an "Unnamed Government Official" has stated; blah,blah,blah and this is the true narrative for any newsworthy event?  Then when things go awry and the narrative has to change, another "Unnamed Official" states something else.  Why can't these officials come forth and be recognized?  I saw a lot of tough, battle ready folks at the Boston incident showing how courageous they are in the face of danger.  I even saw a video of them shoot up a boat with an unarmed 19 year old in it, source.  So, if we have some brave members of our government willing to put themselves in harms way for our safety and security, why can't some of these folks face the press and alternative news agencies with their narrative?  Is it because it is easier to hide cowardly behind their anonymity than to come forth as the courageous spokespersons that they are.  What a bunch of chickens and wusses.

Are governments using the crime of Racketeering to contol the populace?

Have  world governments resorted to Racketeering in order to sustain their control over the masses?
If you are curious as to how things get done in the USA, I would have you, the reader look at this form of crime and see how it applies to our current system.  With the fraudulant ponzi scheme of the Federal Reserve and the IRS I can assure you, this is true to the definition of the term Racket.  Not only do the financial markets fall under this definition, its enforcement arm of the various agenies are also involved.  Are we being coerced to accept more safety and security under the guise of corporate sponsored racketeering?  Look at all the new agencies cropping up within the government, including corporate use of professional mercenary groups like Blackwater/XE or whatever they call themselves these days. 

As a human being with a brain and the ability to use some reason and logic could you see the correlation to how we are losing our constitutional rights as a once constitutional republic to a despotic government? (a nation ruled by a series of despotic rulers, each seemingly worse than the last)

What we have are crimes of such magnitude that it will take more than our current judicial system to bring these culprits to justice.  We know who they are and what they are doing and when the time comes they will not be able to hide in the shadows any longer.  My take is they will start knocking each other off to claim the high road and keep the masses from finding out the real truth.  One can only hope, right?

Conducting a racket is racketeering. In the U.S., civil racketeering laws are also used in federal and state courts. The National Federation of Independent Business challenged these civil laws in 2006 for being excessively abusive.

Many criminal acts can be included in this category, including theft and fraud against businesses or individuals. Governments can be victimized by racketeering by groups that counterfeit money and trade in untaxed alcohol. The criminal organizations that engage in racketeering often have legitimate businesses, like licensed gaming establishments or garbage collection companies, in order to provide cover for their rackets. Legitimate business owners can be similarly manipulated in order to help criminal groups and their practices to appear lawful.

Will the mainstream news start reporting this to the public? We shall see. It certainly looks like the government agencies would be interested in finding these people, unless of course they have something to hide. How strange can this fiasco get?

Russell Tribunal: A source for justice and jurisprudence in a lawless nation.

Watching the news and listening to the shills perpetuate the propaganda I have come to the conclusion that we humans are in for a very bumpy ride unless we take action to restore sanity to our nation via the rule of law.

Here is a great place to start:  "The Russell Tribunal" it is based on the rule of law and is the voice of the people not government entities under the control and influence of special interest.  If Cynthia McKinney is involved I'm sure it has some credibility to getting to the facts.  Here is a brief summary from the Tribunals website:

The Russell Tribunal has no legal status but acts as a court of the people, a Tribunal of conscience, faced with injustices and violations of international law, that are not dealt with by existing international jurisdictions, or that are recognised but continue with complete impunity due to the lack of political will of the international community.

We do not have many options to oppose the governing body since violence is really not an option to change the current system.  Have you watched the Boston takeover by every government organization paid for by our tax dollars.  They have the latest weaponry and are not afraid to use it on a somewhat defenseless public.  So our only recourse is to document and state the infractions of the parties involved in criminal activities which hold the masses in a suppressed state of servitude.  Currently the tribunal is focusing on the Palestine issue but it could be so many others.

"By all accounts, law enforcement and military personnel have classified  Boston and surrounding towns a war-zone, especially after a gunfight yesterday evening that left one of the Boston Marathon Bombers dead and the other still at large. In a video of the early morning engagement, rapid gunfire and explosive detonations, believed to be more ‘pressure cooker’ bombs, can be heard as police and residents scrambled.

   We find the government and armed forces of the United States are guilty of the deliberate, systematic and large-scale bombardment of civilian targets, including civilian populations, dwellings, villages, dams, dikes, medical establishments, leper colonies, schools, churches, pagodas, historical and cultural monuments. 3. Have the governments of Australia, New Zealand and South Korea been accomplices of the United States in the aggression against Vietnam in violation of international law?

   The question also arises as to whether or not the governments of Thailand and other countries have become accomplices to acts of aggression or other crimes against Vietnam and its populations. We have not been able to study this question during the present session. We intend to examine at the next session legal aspects of the problem and to seek proofs of any incriminating facts.

4. Is the Government of Thailand guilty of complicity in the aggression committed by the United States Government against Vietnam?
   Yes (unanimously).
5. Is the Government of the Philippines guilty of complicity in the aggression committed by the United States Government against Vietnam?

6. Is the Government of Japan guilty of complicity in the aggression committed by the United States Government against Vietnam?

   The three Tribunal members who voted against agree that the Japanese Government gives considerable aid to the Government of the United States, but do not agree on its complicity in the crime of aggression.

For those that do not like to read, see this movie of Dorian Grey, how the ruling elite live and perceive their class structure although this is based in the prior century the actions are still prevalent.

It has become apparent that the powers that rule over America and other countries have made a pact with an evil force that has began to rule their vision for us humans. Based on the latest bombing in Boston it has become even more apparent through their actions, policies, and monetary greed the ruling elite have brought forth more carnage to the masses to keep us believing we need to spend even more money to prevent future catastrophes from happening. How else could you explain what happened? In the age of massive security and surveillance how could such things happen? We have spent trillions to supposedly prevent an incident such as this but to no avail. Why can't we learn from the past? Whenever countries try and subjugate the populace to a police state it always backfires. Currently, the alternative news sources are ripping apart any stories the government or the main stream media tries rush through without facts or hard evidence to substantiate their theories on who committed this act of cowardice. I suggest the ruling elite and the populace read two literary works to get perspective on what may be occurring. The basis is good over evil and how subscribing to a hedonistic lifestyle will always lead to the death of the soul.

The first is "The Tragical History of the Life and Death of Doctor Faustus," by Christopher Marlowe. Here is summary from Wikipedia.  

"One theme in Doctor Faustus is sin. Throughout the play, Faustus is continuously making wrong choices. His first sin was greed. Faustus began his downfall by making a pact with the devil. Doctor Faustus is a German scholar who is well known for his accomplishments. He grows sick of the limitations on human knowledge, which leads him to his interest with magic.  Faustus summons a demon, Mephistophilis, ordering him to go to Lucifer with the offer of Faustus’s soul in return for twenty-four years of servitude from Mephistophilis. At the news of acceptance from Lucifer, Faustus begins his years filled with sinful nature. Faustus feeds sin with his need for power, praise, and trickery.  He becomes absorbed in the way people look up to him, believing him to be a sort of ‘hero’. Satanism and death are also prevalent themes. Marlowe sets the story in Wittenburg, Germany with Faustus selling his soul to the devil and declaring his servitude to Satan, Mephistophilis: “I am a servant to great Lucipher and may not follow thee without his leave. No more than he commands we must perform” (p 13 line 39-41). Marlowe shows throughout the play that his vow to forever be a servant of Satan negatively affects his life and how had he known what he was getting into, then he would never have made a deal with the devil. Magic is also a motif that plays a major role in Dr. Faustus. Faustus’s downfall began with his love of knowledge, which leads for his need to use magic. Faustus loves the praise that he gets when people view him as a ‘genius’, which supports his need to have ‘special powers’.   Faustus enjoys playing tricks on people by using his powers, and even goes so far as to use his powers on a dragon. He summons demons with magic, and later brings Helen of Troy to comfort him in his final hours. The use of magic is a show of Faustus’s ‘demoralization’. He no longer wants to be a mere mortal...he wants to be as powerful as the devil himself.  One of the most apparent themes in Doctor Faustus is the battle between good and evil. At the beginning of the play, Faustus finds himself torn between good and evil, knowing the distinction and consequences of the two, but overwhelmed by his desire for worldly pleasures. Faustus’s desire for mortal satisfaction is personified through the seven deadly sins who all speak to him and tempt him. Nicholas Kiessling explains how Faustus’s sins brings about his own damnation, saying: “Faustus’s indulgence in sensual diversions, for, once being committed to the pact with Satan, Faustus partakes of the sop of sensuality to blot out his fears of impending damnation”  Another illustration of Faustus’s battle between good and evil is shown through the good and evil angels which try to influence his decisions and behavior. Kiessling says, “Although Faustus does not heed the plea, Marlowe very evidently implies that the chance for redemption still exists”.  Although Faustus recognizes the consequences of choosing to listen to the evil spirit over the good spirit, he cannot resist the temptations of the devil and the worldly and mortal pleasures he offers."

  After reading or researching this play I hope the reader sees a correlation in what is happening in the realm of current events. Men and women of the ruling elite and their lackeys have sold their souls in order to obtain power, wealth, and control over the populace but will have to answer for it when the time comes, of this I can assert with impunity. No one can deny the presence of evil in these events and if our government or their accomplices in other countries are involved it will be duly noted by a host of people and entities that see behind the curtain of obfuscation. Another source for insight is the book: "The Picture of Dorian Gray," by Oscar Wilde. Here is a short summary for Wikipedia:  

Aestheticism and duplicity Aestheticism is a strong motif and is tied in with the concept of the double life. A major theme is that aestheticism is merely an absurd abstract that only serves to disillusion rather than dignify the concept of beauty. Although Dorian is hedonistic, when Basil accuses him of making Lord Henry's sister's name a "by-word," Dorian replies "Take care, Basil. You go too far",[8] suggesting Dorian still cares about his outward image and standing within Victorian society. Wilde highlights Dorian's pleasure of living a double life.[9] Not only does Dorian enjoy this sensation in private, but he also feels "keenly the terrible pleasure of a double life" when attending a society gathering just 24 hours after committing a murder. This duplicity and indulgence is most evident in Dorian's visit to the opium dens of London. In Dorian Grey I see the ruling elite leading a double standard. They justify the killing, destruction, torture, etc of people and cultures by their policies but heaven forbid anyone reciprocates. Like Dorian Grey the ruling elite feel blameless and never hold themselves accountable. How long can this continue? When the true picture comes to light it will be destroyed by the perpetrators and hopefully they will be destined to live in eternal hell for all eternity. One can only hope and pray.

Now that the elite are doing everything but putting chains on us to control the masses are we feeling freer these days. With harsher laws and tactics we Americans can only achieve our liberties by doing the following as stated in this blog entry.

Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have deficits?

Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?

You and I don’t propose a federal budget. The President does.

You and I don’t have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.

You and I don’t write the tax code, Congress does.

You and I don’t set fiscal policy, Congress does.

You and I don’t control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one President, and nine Supreme Court justices equates to 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.

I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank.

I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a President to do one cotton-picking thing. I don’t care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator’s responsibility to determine how he votes.

Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.

What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall. No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits. The President can only propose a budget. He cannot force the Congress to accept it.

The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes. Who is the speaker of the House? John Boehner. He is the leader of the majority party. He and fellow House members, not the President, can approve any budget they want. If the President vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to.

It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million cannot replace 545 people who stand convicted — by present facts — of incompetence and irresponsibility. I can’t think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.

If the tax code is unfair, it’s because they want it unfair.

If the budget is in the red, it’s because they want it in the red.

If the Army & Marines are in Iraq and Afghanistan it’s because they want them in Iraq and Afghanistan …

If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it’s because they want it that way.

There are no insoluble government problems.

Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power. Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like “the economy,” “inflation,” or “politics” that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.

Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible.

They, and they alone, have the power.

They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses.

Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees…

We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess!
