How humans become racist toward there fellow humans

A simple experiment by a 3rd grade teacher says a lot about how we are brainwashed to become intolerant of others.  Maybe our world leaders will take a lesson by some 3rd graders.  One can only wish!

Very interesting interview with Russell Brand

Real Journalism by a courageous citizen; Abby Martin

Why can't we see more of this type of news?  Have we become so apathetic that we really don't care what happens around us. Massive crimes have been committed by the banking cartel but do you hear of anyone going to jail.  Don't pay your taxes and see what happens to the ordinary pleb.  Steal billions and get a bonus.  Oh the hypocrisy!

Abby Martin states some facts, again.

Then you have this, you decide what type of journalism you prefer.

Fathers’ Day 2013: Calling dads to be heroes, not minions for 1% evil

The choice between un-American dicts or American unalienable rights under our Constitution can be made so much easier if the men, whether fathers or not, channeled our love of competition into national and global victory of justice and virtue over “emperor has no clothes” obvious crimes of a 1% who wage unlawful wars and economic looting. These evil monsters annually kill in the millions, harm billions, and loot trillions of our dollars.
Importantly, our 1% criminal class is without empathy and never satisfied, even with ~$30 trillion already looted from the 99%’s work and US war-murders of 20-30 million since WW2.
Through popular artistic expression, the millions of American men serving as minions to the criminal 1% class should learn the lesson of Star Wars’ Darth Vader and Harry Potter’s Professor Snape:
No matter how much power you’ve got from the loveless 1%, or how high the price of blackmail, minions are no more than tools for the 1%’s insatiable criminal psychopathy.
These minion-fathers, these men, have sold their honor and children’s future as:
  • food for criminal “masters,”
  • slaves to the 1%’s dicts,
  • wipes for asset-holes (~$30 trillion worth wiped away that we know).
Proud of yourself, dads, and the world you’re building for your children? Would you look you children in the eye and proudly explain your minion-surrender to mass-murderers, or do you imagine better?
If you want a brighter future, start with yourself. Make the unique contribution from your inside position with a “Scrooge conversion.” Dickens’ 1843 text:

“Scrooge was better than his word. He did it all, and infinitely more; and to Tiny Tim, who did not die, he was a second father. He became as good a friend, as good a master, and as good a man, as the good old city knew, or any other good old city, town, or borough, in the good old world. Some people laughed to see the alteration in him, but he let them laugh, and little heeded them; for he was wise enough to know that nothing ever happened on this globe, for good, at which some people did not have their fill of laughter in the outset; and knowing that such as these would be blind anyway, he thought it quite as well that they should wrinkle up their eyes in grins, as have the malady in less attractive forms. His own heart laughed: and that was quite enough for him.”
Star Wars and Harry Potter both had “Scrooge conversions” with Darth Vader (see video) and Professor Snape. Both realized their service to the “dark side” included murder of their loved-ones, “sacrifices” of children, and even their own deaths when convenient to their “masters.” Vader reclaimed being the man and father of his ideals. Harry called Snape “the bravest man I ever knew,” and named his son after Snape (video of Snape to Nickleback’s 4x Platinum song, Hero).
When the choice became clear between being heroes and being slaves to monsters, they chose heroism; they chose being the men and fathers they always wanted to be.
But hey, dads, your choice is just as obvious now, yes? You see millions killed every year by your masters through war and poverty, and know individuals who’ve been “sacrificed.” And let’s be clear: the million children dying every month from preventable poverty are intentionally killed in agonizing slowness.

Have you had enough of living in fear?

How important is your honor and heart to you?

For years, many of us have offered Truth and Reconciliation to exchange full truth for no prosecution and a comfortable pension. We’ll do our best to reward all acts of heroism. Honest dads, moms, and anyone else honest welcome your joining our team.

Choices matter; they have consequences. What’s your choice, dad?

Watch this video with Abby Martin and be prepared to be awakened.

Public Banking vs the Centralized Banking of the FED

This is a great video with Ellen Brown and public banking.  She is worth listening to because she talks solutions not problems.

Here is another group with solutions, but for whom.  Abby Martin educates the populace again.

A fellow human with true courage and a conscience, speaks out.

What does this tell us about our current state of affairs?  Edward Snowden dares to tell the truth and why others have not done so speaks volumes about our society.  Do people really understand the implications this has on their everyday lives?  Let's see what our government does regarding this very controversial matter. Vaya con dios Edward.

Leaker of NSA program: ‘I can’t in good conscience allow the US government to destroy privacy’

A British newspaper Sunday revealed the source of the leak revealing the NSA’s extensive surveillance of US communications.

Edward Snowden, a former CIA technical assistant who now works for a defense contractor with ties to the National Security Agency, asked the Guardian newspaper to reveal his identity.
“I have no intention of hiding who I am because I know I have done nothing wrong,” he told the newspaper in a remarkable, rambling interview that touched on his reasons for the leak, how he took precautions in not revealing documents that could harm particular people, how he became disillusioned, and how he expects his life as he knows it to end. “I don’t want the story to be about me. I want it to be about what the US government is doing.”

“I’m willing to sacrifice all of that because I can’t in good conscience allow the US government to destroy privacy, Internet freedom and basic liberties for people around the world with this massive surveillance machine they’re secretly building.”

The Guardian first disclosed that the NSA has been collecting cellphone metadata — time of calls, their length, their destination, but not the contents of the conversation — for many business calls within the United States and from the United States to foreign countries. Since the disclosure, President Obama and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper have acknowledged the program, saying it is an essential tool for revealing possible patterns that could lead to discovering terrorism plots. They said the program was overseen by a secret spy court.

“My sole motive is to inform the public as to that which is done in their name and that which is done against them.” said Snowden, who added that he has been holed up in a hotel room in Hong Kong and hopes to receive asylum, possibly from Iceland.

A true picture of how the system really works is becoming more apparent

As I have stated in this blog, the Federal Reserve has proven to be one of the most corrupt organizations in the U.S. It has a lot of power with no oversight by our judicial, executive, or congressional departments.  Hence we have a system based on the whims of unelected officials.  How's that for a Constitutional Republic?

 =============================
A former insider at the World Bank, ex-Senior Counsel Karen Hudes, says the global financial system is dominated by a small group of corrupt, power-hungry figures centered around the privately owned U.S. Federal Reserve. The network has seized control of the media to cover up its crimes, too, she explained. In an interview with The New American, Hudes said that when she tried to blow the whistle on multiple problems at the World Bank, she was fired for her efforts. Now, along with a network of fellow whistleblowers, Hudes is determined to expose and end the corruption. And she is confident of success.

Citing an explosive 2011 Swiss study published in the PLOS ONE journal on the “network of global corporate control,” Hudes pointed out that a small group of entities — mostly financial institutions and especially central banks — exert a massive amount of influence over the international economy from behind the scenes. “What is really going on is that the world’s resources are being dominated by this group,” she explained, adding that the “corrupt power grabbers” have managed to dominate the media as well. “They’re being allowed to do it.”

Time to hear from a wise soul of years gone by.

Louis Armstrong say it best!

Will the Drone Killers plead insanity when the International Courts charge them with WAR crimes?

Very interesting outcome on one of several rampant shootings that took place in the U.S. When the people responsible for killing innocent men, women, and children are eventually tried, will this be the precedent?

How is what this guy did, any different than what our current military does routinely in the Middle East?  Bottom line, the use of unwarranted violence by governments is a form of insanity and should be treated by the global court system before they take it to another level and use nuclear weapons.

When a group of very wealthy meet in secrecy they are protected to the utmost degree with taxpayer resources.  But when the taxpayers meet to voice grievances they are met with violent retaliation by the officials they pay for with their taxes.  What a screwed up system we have these days.

The man charged with opening fire with an automatic weapon in an Aurora, Colorado movie theater has been found not guilty by reason of insanity. According to Colorado’s News Channel 9, the judge in the case indicated in a hearing Tuesday morning that the court would allow James Holmes to change his plea from not guilty to not guilty by reason of insanity.
The ruling sets in motion a lengthy mental evaluation of Holmes, which could last for months. Holmes is charged with multiple counts of murder and attempted murder in the killing of 12 people and wounding of 70 when he entered a crowded theater and opened fire with an automatic weapon.
Holmes’ defense team has asserted repeatedly to the court that the 25-year-old is mentally ill. The attorneys waited to plea on grounds that state laws regarding the defense of insanity plea are unconstitutional.

Under Colorado law, a defendant who enters a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity must work with court-ordered psychiatrists and cannot call their own mental health experts. Some advocates say that this is a violation of the defendant’s constitutional right against self-incrimination.

Bilderberg Group

Dorothy Thornhill penned a letter this week to David Cameron saying she found it “galling” that the Hertfordshire taxpayers could shoulder the cost of policing a meeting for some of “the wealthiest people in the world”. The Liberal Democrat said she also wanted the Government to understand the stresses the secretive conference had placed on the town and its public services.
The Bilderberg Group is due to start its three-day conference at The Grove hotel on Thursday and police are gearing up for a sizable security operation backed by anti-terror laws and a no-fly zone.

Another solution to the global financial crisis: What the populace needs to know!

These solution are so valid as to make me want to slap the leaders of all governments and wake them up.  The populace is getting tired and frustrated with their antics and want some real leadership.  Why not take steps to end the control of central banking?  It is not working.

Public Banking Conference good news: solutions already here for deficits, debt

The solution to this problem is also obvious: prosecute obvious criminals in “leadership” in government, economics, and corporate media for fundamental fraud by lying to the 99% that debt is “money,” and lying in omission by failing to inform that public credit and money would solve all current economic issues. The public costs of this fraud are trillions of dollars, and needed-to-be-estimated harm to millions of Americans and significant totals of deaths. An alternative to criminal prosecution is Truth and Reconciliation.

bloody friday
According to the best account we could find so far:
Four days ago a group of people who did not belong to any specific organization or ideology got together in Istanbul’s Gezi Park. Among them there were many of my friends and students.  Their reason was simple: To prevent and protest the upcoming demolishing of the park for the sake of building yet another shopping mall at very center of the city. There are numerous shopping malls in Istanbul, at least one in every neighborhood! The tearing down of the trees was supposed to begin early Thursday morning. People went to the park with their blankets, books and children. They put their tents down and spent the night under the trees.  Early in the morning when the bulldozers started to pull the hundred-year-old trees out of the ground, they stood up against them to stop the operation.
They did nothing other than standing in front of the machines.
No newspaper, no television channel was there to report the protest. It was a complete media black out.
But the police arrived with water cannon vehicles and pepper spray.  They chased the crowds out of the park.
In the evening the number of protesters multiplied. So did the number of police forces around the park. Meanwhile local government of Istanbul shut down all the ways leading up to Taksim square where the Gezi Park is located. The metro was shut down, ferries were cancelled, roads were blocked.

Why we need to stop these unjustified WARs

Another great presentation by Abby Martin.  Follow up from my last post.

When should we have a Memorial Day for Iraquis? Why this WAR was wrong and people should be tried for War Crimes!

Iraq Collapse Shows Bankruptcy of Interventionism

May was Iraq’s deadliest month in nearly five years, with more than 1,000 dead – both civilians and security personnel — in a rash of bombings, shootings and other violence. As we read each day of new horrors in Iraq, it becomes more obvious that the US invasion delivered none of the promised peace or stability that proponents of the attack promised.

Millions live in constant fear, refugees do not return home, and the economy is destroyed. The Christian community, some 1.2 million persons before 2003, has been nearly wiped off the Iraqi map. Other minorities have likewise disappeared. Making matters worse, US support for the Syrian rebels next door has drawn the Shi’ite-led Iraqi government into the spreading regional unrest and breathed new life into extremist elements.

The invasion of Iraq opened the door to Al-Qaeda in Iraq, which did not exist beforehand, while simultaneously strengthening the hand of Iran in the region. Were the “experts” who planned for and advocated the US attack really this incompetent?

Ryan Crocker, who was US Ambassador to Iraq from 2007-2009, still speaks of the Iraqi “surge” as a great reconciliation between Sunni and Shi’ite in Iraq. He wrote recently that “[t]hough the United States has withdrawn its troops from Iraq, it retains significant leverage there. Iraqi forces were equipped and trained by Americans, and the country’s leaders need and expect our help.” He seems alarmingly out of touch with reality.

It is clear now that the “surge” and the “Iraqi Awakening” were just myths promoted by those desperate to put a positive spin on the US invasion, which the late General William Odom once called, “the greatest strategic disaster in American history.” Aircraft were loaded with $100 dollar bills to pay each side to temporarily stop killing US troops and each other, but the payoff provided a mere temporary break. Shouldn’t the measure of success of a particular policy be whether it actually produces sustained positive results?

Now we see radical fighters who once shot at US troops in Iraq have spilled into Syria, where they ironically find their cause supported by the US government! Some of these fighters are even greeted by visiting US senators.

The US intervention in Iraq has created ever more problems. That is clear. The foreign policy “experts” who urged the US attack on Iraq now claim that the disaster they created can only be solved with more interventionism! Imagine a medical doctor noting that a particular medication is killing his patient, but to combat the side effect he orders an increase in dosage of the same medicine. Like this doctor, the US foreign policy establishment is guilty of malpractice. And, I might add, this is just what the Fed does with monetary policy.

From Iraq to Libya to Mali to Syria to Afghanistan, US interventions have an unbroken record of making matters far worse. Yet regardless of the disasters produced, for the interventionists a more aggressive US foreign policy is the only policy they offer.

We must learn the appropriate lessons from the disaster of Iraq. We cannot continue to invade countries, install puppet governments, build new nations, create centrally-planned economies, engage in social engineering, and force democracy at the barrel of a gun. The rest of the world is tired of US interventionism and the US taxpayer is tired of footing the bill for US interventionism. It is up to all of us to make it very clear to the foreign policy establishment and the powers that be that we have had enough and will no longer tolerate empire-building. We should be more confident in ourselves and stop acting like an insecure bully.
