The Stupidity of War

 It could be said that American foreign policy since 1945 has been one long miscue; most international threats—including during the Cold War—have been substantially exaggerated. The result has been agony and bloviation, unnecessary and costly military interventions that have mostly failed. A policy of complacency and appeasement likely would have worked better. In this highly readable book, John Mueller argues with wisdom and wit rather than ideology and hyperbole that aversion to international war has had considerable consequences.

How we don't learn from this is beyond me.

Soldiers don’t fight for slavery. Fight for liberty. In the 17th chapter of St. Luke it is written, “The kingdom of God is within man, not one man, nor a group of men, but in all man in you. You, the people have the power to make this life free and beautiful, to make this life a wonderful adventure.

Then, in the name of democracy, let us use that power, let us all unite. Let us fight for a new world, a decent world that will give men a chance to work, that will give youth a future and old age of security. By the promise of these things, brutes have risen to power, but they lie. They do not fulfill that promise. They never will. Dictators free themselves, but they enslave the people.

Now want to just fight to fulfill that promise. Let us fight to free the world to do away with national barriers, to do away with greed, with hate and intolerance. Let us fight for a world of reason, a world where science and progress will lead to all men’s happiness. Soldiers, in the name of democracy, let us all unite.

If you question any narrative that the ruling entities do not like you are now labeled a conspiracy threat. How insane is this line of thinking?  What if our forefathers were under this type of scrutiny? We would not exist as a country. And he ends with making it seem like people who question the worlds power structures as hateful. Sorry — but if a SPECIFIC group of people (eg bankers, weapons manufactures, tech companies, etc etc) seek unjustified power through malicious acts, secret collaboration, and bad-faith interactions with humanity at large then they deserve to be condemned and it is NOT hateful to do so.

The Cabal is the investors in the companies that run the investment firms that nobody really know who they are, Vanguard and Blackwater being major investors in the stock market and having a member on every board because they buy such a large share per company, you could say they're hiding in plain sight

This is a must-see video of things to come (maybe?).  Need to do more research on this theory. If valid, it is evident, "stupidity has run amok in our society". How else could you explain this fiasco taking place again? We need to declare a war on the stupidity of the ruling powers. This is getting to be outright insanity. Now that Ukraine is running out of soldiers, I'm only guessing we will have some kind of detente and spend even more money on more sophisticated weapons that can eliminate more souls from the planet by other means.
